Meditation is the key and doorway to a meaningful life. It is a time honored path of truth, compassion, health and understanding. Sometimes it is hard to make a practice on your own.  Studies have shown that just fifteen minutes of deep meditation a week can provide enormous health benefits. Whether you have been meditating your whole life, have a regular practice or are just beginning, this once a week hour of guided and silent meditation will take you on an inward journey, quiet your mind and enhance wellness on all levels. Beginners up to advanced. Non denominational.
