Network Spinal Analysis
NSA is a revolutionary chiropractic approach to developing wellness and increased body awareness. By applying gentle pressure to specific points along the spine, the body naturally develops healing strategies through the harmonization (entrainment) of respiration and spinal movements. This leads to a greater self-awareness and conscious awakening of the relationship between the body, mind, emotion, and expression of the human spirit. Learn about Test Results.

SRI is a set of assisted breathing exercises that moves us through 12 stages of healing. Each stage has a characteristic pattern of breath and movement associated with natural, internal rhythms of our body. SRI allows us to reunite with these internal rhythms which have often been altered and disconnected as a result of chronic stress or one of life's many traumatic experiences. These alterations are what maintain states of illness. The 1st three stages of SRI are especially helpful for people who are in physical pain, acutely stressed , depressed or are generally stuck in life. The next 4 stages are powerful tools for people on the verge of a breakthrough or who are making significant changes in their lives. The last 5 stages embody more awakened states of consciousness and are designed to help people access and sustain a greater depth of well-being. These are successive stages that build on each other as patients move towards a true state of health and wellness. SRI is often incorporated during NSA treatment sessions but is also used as a stand alone therapy.

Yoga is more than just stretching. While stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility along with our breath. This is done through poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the yoga tradition in which the teacher has trained.
